Diversified Development Group(DDG) is a real estate development corporation that was formed in 1979 to develop industrial and commercial properties in Central California. Over the past 29 years DDG has developed in excess of 8 million square feet of projects through out Central California. Those projects have included industrial warehouses, shopping centers, office buildings, apartments and office/warehouse projects. Diversified Development Group currently owns and operates in excess of 7.3 million square feet, consisting of approximately 7 million square feet of industrial buildings, 177,939 square feet of retail buildings, and a 190,000 square foot office complex. DDG has an in-house property management division which manages all of its properties. Over the past 14 years DDG has specialized in developing Class A concrete tilt up projects from 40,000 square feet to 550,000 square feet.
